"I’ve had nothing but issues with State Farm. From discounts that were never applied, to having multiple accounting errors leading to incorrect charges. I’ve been met with nothing but poor customer service, incompetence managing my account and threats of disbanding my coverage for THEIR mistakes. I’ve only experienced headaches with State Farm. RE: And to throw this back on the customer when I’m set up with auto-pay, saying it’s my fault, just extends an even further line into your lack of professionalism."

"State Farm rose to the top for my age, gender, and living situation when compared to other reputable companies. "Had a great experience with Tyler! He called and I honestly wasn't even looking to make a change necessarily, because typically my quotes are much higher than what I was paying. Also, I typically ignore these people, because let's be honest nobody wants these calls! He talked me through all of my options, was incredibly personable and friendly, and ended up saving me 43%!!! I have been with the same insurance for 9 years and have searched many times for different price points and NEVER have come close to this. Thankful for Tyler's patience, care, and intelligence to save me so much money."

"I recently added a younger family member to my Skyler Peak/State Farm Policy. Working with Arturo Leija was a very positive experience. I have been with State Farm for over 40 years and have been there for a few ups and downs on both sides of this fence. It seemed like a new "State Farm" day with this addition, I also added a million-dollar umbrella after working with Arturo and finding it to be very affordable to my amazement. All in all, with insurance costs skyrocketing for all of us across America, it was nice to have this down-to-earth interaction with Arturo Leija and the Skyler Peak office like I did. Roy."
